Remodel the existing 25 year old servery.
Project Description
Reconfigure the existing servery to offer hospital visitors and staff the current trends in food service by providing a variety of food options in a warm, contemporary space while improving the traffic flow and efficiency of the servery. This project is located over the surgery suite and required extensive coordination with the hospital and contractor to allow the shortest disruption of both the servery and surgical suite below.
